Charitable Contributions
At the Affinity Trading Institute, we believe that giving back to the community is very important. As successful members of our communities, our country and the world, we have a responsibility to help those that are less fortunate and contribute to the common good. That is why we have made a commitment in supporting a select group of charities by donating 10% of our net companywide profits to them. In addition, we are focused on supporting charities that share our belief in investing wisely and have a proven track record of getting 85% of their donations to their cause.
All of us give for different reasons and many of us give for different reasons at different times. A powerful incentive for some is a shared experience with those in need. Anyone who has ever been homeless or has had an illness will be able to relate and empathize with those in the same situation and be more inclined support those types of charitable organizations.
Some people just want to help others who are less fortunate for whatever reason. We all have more than someone else while there are others that have more than us. Contrary to what many think, you don’t have to be a wealthy company to make a contribution. In fact, 80% of all charitable contributions come from individuals while 20% come from major organizations. The amount of money one has doesn't necessarily have a bearing on how willing they are to donate it for the good of others.
