Yes. Our courses are designed for individuals who have no prior trading experience as well as those that are experienced professionals. We have found that inexperience is often a blessing in disguise due to the fact that the aspiring trader has no bad habits to break and has very few preexisting misconceptions and/or beliefs to overcome. If you are an aspiring trader, we provide you with the knowledge we wish we had ten years ago when first starting. Depending on the program you choose, you will take a series of courses designed to educate how to properly trade the markets. However, you must keep in mind that knowledge about the markets is no substitute for experience. So, as a beginner we teach you how to preserve your capital long enough so that you can survive the initial learning curve and gather the experience that will make use of the knowledge you will have received. The markets are always changing and we are here with you providing guidance with the latest in trader education. |

| Yes. Our courses are designed for individuals who have no prior trading experience as well as those that are experienced professionals. Experienced traders will find the courses we offer to be a great way to refresh what they have learned as well as benefit from nuances that they might not have been taught before. It is our belief that every trader has a different take on the markets and that there is not just one way to trade or invest. Ultimately, how well you do, or how successful you are, is only measured by the profits you reap. So we have found it infinitely helpful to be surrounded by a multitude of both new and experienced traders as new ideas to trade are many times generated through our groups of traders. We to refresh our knowledge by attending other courses because if we glean nothing more than just a tidbit of new information, it may be the information we needed to improve our results even further. As a result, we believe that you can never stop learning how to trade better and you continually need to be on top of your trading to keep it going in the right direction. |

We trade individual US and foreign stocks, ETF's, index futures, currency futures, commodity futures, OTC forex, bonds and options. As long as they have enough liquidity and they are able to be displayed on a chart, we can trade them. Join us in the Online Trading Room and learn how to trade the world's markets. |

| Proprietary trading is a way that an individual can trade using the trading capital or leverage of a trading firm or brokerage. There are a number of different ways that this is done. Some require securities licenses while others do not. Traditional Prop Trading firms require the series 7 and 55 licenses and allows you to trade a broker-dealers firm capital, whereas hybrid prop trading is generally done in one of two ways. In the first, a group of traders come together to form an LLC, where each member of the LLC has different rights and responsibilities, typically broken into three classes of members: Manager, Investor, and Trader. While this type of Prop Trading does not require a securities license, it is a business relationship where each member's role is defined and the firm's trading capital is cross leveraged. The second type of Prop Trading arrangement is "open" - You become an independent contractor to the trading firm and either put up an earnest money security deposit and trade on the excess leverage or the firm provides you with leverage based on your abilities. |

The trading education is necessary in order to minimize the potential of trading losses. However, if you are an experienced trader with a proven profitable track record, you may be eligible to trade firm capital with minimal to no education. If that is you, complete the Experienced Trader application. |

| Yes. Learning to trade is often better done in a part-time manner. Trading can be an arduous venture for the new trader. When you learn to trade in a non stressful part-time manner, this reduces the risk of being overloaded and overwhelmed with too much information in a short amount of time. Of course every individual's learning curve is different with some picking up things quicker than others but trading with us can be done in either a Part- or Full-Time basis depending on your abilities, availability and the type of trading you choose such as Intra-day, Scalp or Swing. |
